EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J – A brace from England international Cole Palmer helped Chelsea secure a 3-0 victory over Paris Saint-Germain in the final of the FIFA Club World Cup on Sunday at MetLife Stadium. The Blues handily defeated their Parisian opposition, stunning the reigning European Champions before more than 80,000 fans.

Sunday marked Chelsea’s second Club World Cup title, with their other victory coming in the 2021 edition. Palmer, the hero from the 2025 final, was handed the Golden Ball of the competition postgame for his performance throughout the tournament. Goalkeeper Robert Sanchez was earned the Golden Glove for best goalkeeper.
