- Bayern beat Grasshopper on Tuesday
- Kane made sub appearance
- German كأس السوبر up next
Bayern picked up a 2-1 victory over their Swiss opponents on Tuesday evening, with strikes from Lennart Karl and Jonah Kusi-Asare proving enough for Vincent Kompany’s side. Loris Giandomenico did pull one back in the second half but the German giants brought on major stars like Kane, Michael Olise, لويس Diaz, Joshua Kimmich and Dayot Upamecano among others to see out the victory.
After their Club كأس العالم campaign came to an end in the quarter-finals, Bayern had some time off to rest before getting stuck into a string of friendly matches. They have beaten ليون, توتنهام and now Grasshopper ahead of the new campaign, with their next game coming against Stuttgart on Saturday in the German Super Cup.
The game was a tight affair with opportunities for both sides, with one sequence showing striker Kane tracking back to make a desperate block in his own area shortly before goalkeeper Jonas Urbig was called into action.
Bayern face كأس ألمانيا winners Stuttgart on Saturday before starting their الدوري الألماني حملة ضد آر بي لايبزيغ the following Friday.
