- Kane marks 32nd birthday
- Enjoys restful family holiday
- Bayern pre-season to now begin
Having turned 32 on Monday, Kane took to Instagram to share a selection of holiday snaps from his relaxing beach vacation, along with wife Kate and their four children, aged eight to almost two. The kids were kitted out in Bayern Munich gear in several of the images, while even Kane himself was pictured wearing what appeared to be Bayern-branded attire in one picture.
Kane captioned his post: “Had a great time with my family, feeling recharged after an amazing holiday.”
Bayern were in action at the FIFA Club World Cup until July 5, exiting the competition at the quarter-final stage at the hands of Paris Saint-Germain, which is why pre-season is only now beginning. The الدوري الألماني champions reported back for day one of team training on Monday, with a first warm-up friendly of the summer to quickly against Lyon on August 2.
Kane joined Bayern in 2023 to finally add trophies to his otherwise illustrious and record-breaking career. That happened last season when the Bundesliga title was wrestled back from Bayer Leverkusen, but there is still much more that can be achieved – like the Champions League. With now less than two years left on his contract, it is potentially also a defining upcoming campaign for Kane if he and Bayern have to decide next summer whether to extend his stay in Bavaria or perhaps consider a split.
