- Lammens is top Man Utd target
- غلطة سراي have joined race for him
- Donnarumma also on the market
مانشستر متحد face stiff competition to sign Lammens after it was revealed Galatasaray are also keen on signing the بلجيكا international. The highly-rated Royal Antwerp keeper’s representatives have met with the Turkish side in موناكو to discuss a potential deal, according to a report in the Telegraph.
Man Utd’s desire to sign a new goalkeeper has reached a critical point in recent weeks following high-profile errors from Andre Onana and Altay Bayindir. Lammens is one of the most highly-rated stoppers in Europe and the 23-year-old would be available at a reasonable price. But United have delayed tabling a concrete offer, allowing Galatasaray to join the chase.
Lammens missed Royal Antwerp’s recent win over KV Mechelen due to speculation surrounding his future. He wasn’t even named in the matchday squad and was replaced by Yannick Thoelen.
United are aware Onana will head off to the كأس الأمم الأفريقية مع Cameroon later this season, with their opening fixture kicking off on Christmas Eve. Adding another keeper makes perfect sense, but they will have to move fast to land Lammens’ signature.
