According to The Sun, Tosin Adarabioyo is wanted by Crystal Palace and West Ham but Chelsea consider him ‘not for sale’ as he is seen as a ‘key member’ of the squad for next season. The centre-back, who joined the Blues after leaving Fulham last year, has become close friends with Palmer, so losing him would be a big blow for the 23-year-old.
This comes at a time when Chelsea are trying to sign Ajax wonderkid Hato, although the Dutch team’s heftyu0026nbsp;€60 million (£52m/$70m) price tag may scupper a deal. Even if they do land the 19-year-old, Adarabioyo is unlikely to be sold but that may not be the case for fellow defender Trevoh Chalobah.
The report adds that Adarabioyo, who came up through مانشستر سيتي‘s academy a few years before Palmer, has been very supportive of the England international during his lean spells in front of goal. The 27-year-old has also been seen as helpful to younger players at the club.
It remains to be seen if Palace or West Ham will launch a bid for Adarabioyo’s services, with the 6ft 5in defender still having three years left on his Stamford Bridge contract. Incidentally, there is still more than a month for Chelsea to try and sign Hato, too.
