- Roma interested in Silva
- Wolves demanding €15 million
- Echeverri deal at risk of collapsing
According to Gazzetta dello Sport Wolves have set a €15 million (£10m/$18m) price tag for striker Fabio Silva while the player is demanding a salary of €2m. As for Echeverri, Roma want to include a buy option in the loan deal, but City are reluctant to grant that as Pep Guardiola sees him as a key talent.
Roma are planning an attacking overhaul under Gian Piero Gasperini this summer. Tammy Abraham has joined Besiktas and Artem Dovbyk is also set to leave. The club have already secured Evan Ferguson on loan with an option to buy from Brighton, but more moves are expected. Roma are eyeing Manchester United‘s Rasmus Hojlund for a potential reunion with Gasperini, who coached him at Atalanta, though no formal approach has been made yet.
Roma are in talks with City over a loan move for Echeverri, as the الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز club seek playing time for the Argentine. However, the deal risks collapsing with the English team reportedly preferring a loan to their sister club Girona. Echeverri has rejected that option, expressing a desire to move to Italy instead.
Eccheveri and Silva will hope Roma will be able to agree terms with their parent clubs as they target more playing time. Roma, meanwhile, will hope to secure their targets as they continue their squad reconstruction under Gasperini.
