Wrexham one of the most talked-about clubs in global football, is set to launch their 2025-26 kits in collaboration with Macron. Following the success of recent seasons on and off the pitch, and with Hollywood backing from Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, expectations are high for another bold and meaningful kit collection.

Wrexham AFC officially unveiled their highly anticipated Macron 2025-26 home kit on July 9, 2025 as the club prepares for its historic return to the EFL Championship following a remarkable third straight promotion. Marking the latest milestone in their multi-year partnership with the Italian sportswear brand, the new kit launch will receive a truly global spotlight with events scheduled at the newly opened Wrexham Club Shop in Eagles Meadow, at Pelé Soccer in New York, and Ultra Football in Melbourne.

The design pays tribute to Wrexham’s storied past, drawing inspiration from kits worn between 1981 and 1983. In the club’s iconic red, the jersey features a subtle tone-on-tone pinstripe created with jacquard fabric for a tailored look, while white and red accents elevate the polo collar and sleeve cuffs. Central to the chest sits the Wrexham crest, flanked by the Macron Hero logo and sponsorships from United Airlines, HP, and Meta Quest.

Meaningful touches run throughout the design, including a tonal print of the Gresford Colliery Memorial on the lower left hem, honouring the 266 miners lost in the 1934 disaster, and an inner collar label reading “WREXHAM IS THE NAME.” Inside the hem, a custom red tape features the lyric “HISTORY ONLY TELLS A STORY” from the club anthem, alongside images of the Welsh dragon.

Wrexham officially launched their new 2025-26 away kit on July 14, 2025. It features a sharp retro style and refined, intricate details, inspired by the national flower of Wales, the Daffodil.

Sporting a bright yellow base with thin green pinstripes and dark green accents on the collar and sleeve cuffs, the classic angle is completed with a fold-over collar and a sleek V-neck design. The shirt has the Welsh flag on the rear collar and an internal green tape reading “LAND OF MY FATHERS – HEN WLAD FY NHADAU” on the lower back. The nape is personalised with a red label featuring the wording “WREXHAM IS THE NAME” in white.

One thing that stands out is how the sponsor logos break up the classic look with different colors. United Airlines is in black, HP on the sleeves is in blue, and Meta Quest is in blue and black.

It will be the first time the club will don yellow-and-green shirts since the 1990s.

The third kit is typically where Wrexham and Macron get creative, and 2025-26 is expected to follow suit.

The neon and black third kits from the past were fan favorites, and this year’s could push boundaries even further with either bright colours (like electric green or royal blue) or retro vibes inspired by 1990s football. The third kit usually launches in late July or August, just ahead of the league opener.

Goalkeeper kits for the 2025-26 season are likely to mirror the vibrant style used in recent Macron collections, with standout colorways such as volt yellow, turquoise, or purple.

These shirts are designed with visibility and flair in mind—perfect for the modern shot-stopper. Wrexham’s keepers may also see custom sleeve and collar designs to distinguish them from the outfield lineup. Expect GK kits to be unveiled alongside the home and away kits.
