He has been handed the iconic No.14 shirt in north London that was once worn by Arsenal’s all-time leading goalscorer Thierry Henry. He has been getting an early feel for that jersey, which he hopes will deliver a similar level of success.
Mikel Arteta’s side are set to take in a derby date with arch-rivals Tottenham on Thursday before returning to the UK. Gyokeres will see friendly minutes before the 2025-26 Premier League campaign opens away at Manchester متحد on August 17.
