GiveMeSport has reported that Fulham have made an approach to sign Zinchenko, who struggled for minutes at Arsenal last season. The Ukraine international made only five starts through the campaign and now finds himself behind Riccardo Calafiori and Myles Lewis-Skelly in the pecking order under Arteta. Arsenal are open to selling him, with a reported £15 million ($19.8m) price tag placed on the Ukrainian.

Zinchenko’s potential exit highlights Arsenal’s shift in left-back priorities under Arteta. With the player in the final year of his contract, the Gunners are keen to cash in. Fulham could benefit by securing an experienced Premier League player, who could potentially challenge USMNT star Antonee Robinson.

Fulham are also close to re-signing Nelson from Arsenal in a separate deal. The winger impressed during a loan spell last season before injury cut his campaign short. Talks are ongoing over a permanent transfer or another loan with an obligation to buy next summer.

Negotiations between Fulham and Arsenal are expected to continue in the coming days. AC Milan are also monitoring Zinchenko, which could force Fulham to move quickly. The Gunners, meanwhile, are focused on trimming their squad before September 1 as they look to prepare for the 2025-26 season.
