The Blues have enjoyed another busy transfer window but could still add more players to their squad before the window closes on September 1st. Simons remains a transfer target, with the Dutch star having reportedly rejected interest from مانشستر سيتي and Bayern as he is keen to head to Stamford Bridge.
RB Leipzig are thought to want around €70 million (£60m) for Simons and don’t appear in any rush to let the exciting youngster depart.
