الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز هو أعلى مستوى لكرة القدم الاحترافية في إنجلترا، ويشارك فيه 20 ناديًا سنويًا من أغسطس إلى مايو. تأسس عام 1992، ويشتهر بمبارياته عالية الجودة، وجماهيره العالمية، وتنافسيته الشديدة. يلعب كل فريق 38 مباراة، ويُحدد البطل بناءً على النقاط التي يجمعها. كما يحدد الدوري التأهل للمسابقات الأوروبية والهبوط إلى دوري الدرجة الثانية الإنجليزي لكرة القدم. يُعرف هذا الدوري بتقلباته ونجومه، ويُعد من أكثر الدوريات الرياضية مشاهدةً حول العالم.
