Following the signing of Lucas Chevalier from , Donnarumma has fallen out of the pecking order at PSG. According to a report by AS manager has also informed him that he will not be the first-choice custodian anymore. Amidst this, giants Chelsea and United have enquired about the Italian’s situation. Donnarumma has a year left in his contract and looks set to be sold this summer amid his refusal to sign an extension.

PSG refused to meet Donnarumma’s demands and opted to sign Chevalier, whose ball-playing abilities attracted the club. Donnarumma is open to playing in the Premier League and getting dropped for the Super Cup against Spurs could encourage him to make the switch. Recent rumours have heavily linked United with the former Milan graduate, but Chelsea have now joined the race for his signature.
