- Estadio Metropolitano to host 2027 men’s UCL final
- Stadion Narodowy confirmed for women’s final
- UEFA also award 2026 Super Cup hosting rights to Salzburg
The men’s Champions League final in 2027 will be held at Atletico Madrid‘s Estadio Metropolitano after Milan’s San Siro lost the rights amid ongoing renovation plans. Atletico’s 70,000-capacity stadium previously hosted the 2019 final, when Liverpool defeated Tottenham 2-0. It will be the sixth time the Spanish capital has staged the competition’s biggest game.
Warsaw’s Stadion Narodowy will be the venue for the 2027 Women’s Champions League final, marking a major moment for Polish football. UEFA confirmed the decisions following its executive meeting in Albania.
This season’s Champions League final will be played at the Puskas Arena in Budapest, with London also due to host future editions. The committee also announced Salzburg as the host city for the 2026 UEFA Super Cup.
The new Champions League league phase begins on September 16, kicking off another season of Europe’s biggest club competition. The tournament will culminate in a final at the Puskas Arena in Budapest on May 30, 2026. This year’s Women’s Champions League final will be held at the Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo.
