According to TalkSPORT, Jackson will be allowed to exit Stamford Bridge on loan this transfer window as long as they receive a £10 million loan fee. champions have reportedly reached an agreement with Jackson already, but Chelsea are holding out on a sizeable payment as part of any loan deal.
