- Man City player on the fringes
- Last appearance in 2022-23 season
- Secures loan move to Polish side
City have confirmed that the 22-year-old will spend the season with the Polish Ekstraklasa outfit. The full-back, who had a loan stint at Stoke City last term, could make his debut for the Polish team this month.
Wilson-Esbrand joined City from West Ham in 2019 as a 16-year-old but since making his debut in 2021, he has made just three appearances for Pep Guardiola’s side. His long-term future is almost certainly away from the Etihad, and now he will hope to impress at Radom.
Since joining City six years ago, the England Under-21 international has had loan spells at Coventry City, Reims, Cardiff City, Stoke, and now Radom. To date, he has made 50 appearances in his career, scoring one goal during his stint with Reims.
Radom currently sit eighth in the Polish top-flight after seven matches this season. Wilson-Esbrand could make his debut for his new team on Sunday when they travel to 12th-placed Legia Warsaw.
