According to The Telegraph, Grealish has begun individual training at ‘s training centre ahead of the squad’s full return on July 28. The winger was omitted from City’s Club squad earlier this summer, effectively signalling his availability on the market. Despite interest from multiple clubs, he remains at the Etihad while a deal is explored.

Manchester City are reportedly open to a permanent sale but understand that loan offers may be more realistic. Grealish’s wages and valuation complicate matters for interested clubs, especially those outside England. Napoli boss Antonio Conte is keen on him, while West Ham and have also been linked with possible loan offers. The England star is believed to favour a loan if it ensures regular minutes and a path back to Gareth Southgate’s squad.

The report also suggested that Grealish has been working with personal trainer Jamie Reynolds to stay sharp during the off-season. He will now continue his training at City’s Etihad Campus, ahead of a potential move.

With Manchester City’s main group returning soon, Grealish’s situation is likely to accelerate in the coming weeks. A decision from clubs like Napoli or West Ham could shape his next move. The winger is determined to regain form and confidence ahead of the 2026 World Cup campaign.
