"لاعبان مذهلان" - حارس المرمى روبرت سانشيز يُبرز ثنائي تشيلسي الحيوي بينما يسعى إنزو ماريسكا لإعادة البلوز إلى أمجاده السابقة

Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchez claimed that Cole Palmer and Ezno Fernandez are the two most important figures in the Blues dressing room. Enzo Maresca endured a satisfying maiden season at Stamford Bridge, where the club won the Europa Conference League title and then topped it with the triumph at the Club World Cup, where they dominated Champions League winners Paris Saint-Germain in the final.

Following a successful 2024-25 campaign, where the Blues also secured a slot, Maresca spent heavily in the summer transfer window to make new additions to his squad to further bolster it. They have brought in quality attacking options like Liam Delap, Joao Pedro and Jamie Gittens, while Jorell Hato has strengthened their backline.

Goalkeeper Sanchez, however, feels that despite the new signings, the old guards like Cole Palmer and Enzo Fernandez remain the key figures in the dressing, who can inspire the club to reclaim lost glory this season.

التحدث إلى ESPN Deportes Sanchez said: “Cole Palmer and Enzo Fernández are two amazing players. Palmer on the field is a role model, with impressive quality that can carry you through a match. He’s a star; he’s quiet. Enzo is different; he has quality and consistency, and off the field, he’s one of the captains.

“Enzo Fernández is young, but it’s not about youth; it’s about how you work and act day in and day out, and that’s why he deserves to be one of the captains. It’s a young team, but one that aspires to great things.”

After a disappointing goalless draw against in their season opener, Maresca’s side will aim to register their first win of the season as they take on West Ham on Friday.
