According to TEAMtalk, City and Tottenham are keeping tabs on Aberdeen academy star Cooper Masson. The 16-year-old is currently out on loan at Scottish second-tier side Kelty Hearts, where he has impressed from the off.
The report adds that speculation over a move to one of the الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز sides is likely to grow next summer. The 16-year-old is enjoying his first loan spell in senior football and has made eight appearances in all competitions for Kelty to date.
